Vegetable Parmesan Quiche

Why buy a quiche when you can make your own and know exactly what is in it? My Vegetable Quiche recipe is SO delicious, easy to make, full of veggies and fiber and the best part? It’s made using my famous pie crust (get my pie crust recipe HERE )The secret ingredient to this quiche? PARMESAN! Trust me, that is the best part of this recipe! You can even add bacon or sausage to this recipe to up the protein and it would be equally as delicious. Enjoy, friends!

Recipe

Ingredients:

5 eggs

1 cup low-fat Cottage Cheese

½ cup Flour

1 teaspoon Baking Powder

½ cup Butter, melted

4 oz can mild Green Chilis

1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

⅓ cup Buttermilk

⅛ teaspoon garlic salt

⅛ teaspoon Kingsford no salt Seasoning

¼ teaspoon Jeff Ruby Steak Seasoning

⅛ teaspoon Salt

⅛ teaspoon Pepper

3 Tablespoons Black Olives

Instructions:

Pre-heat oven to 350°.

Beat eggs.

Add remaining ingredients and mix all together.

Pour into pastry shell.

Bake for 35 minutes
