Gigi's Pie Crust

This is my famous pie crust. The crust is savory, buttery, and reminds me of home. It’s a recipe that has been in my family for generations and I’m so excited to be sharing it with you! It’s very versatile, and you can use it for sweet or savory pies. In my book, The Secret Ingredient: Recipes for Success in Business and Life, I show you how I use it to make my Gigi’s Potpie….delicious! I actually made that dish for the TV crew of Undercover Boss the night before we started filming. You can get that full recipe in the book–available here or everywhere books are sold!

4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/3 cups (heaping) butter flavor Crisco
1/3 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the flour, Crisco, and salt.

Split the ball into two halves. Use one half for the bottom crust and one half for the top
