We have officially started working on our fall menu. What? I know, it’s only June! We work at least three months ahead for our new cakes and ideas to roll out to all of our stores. It isn’t just a couple of stores anymore. We’ve got Gigi’s Cupcakes popping up all over the country! So I will let you all in on a little secret. We are working on a coffee drink flavored theme for this fall. We started with a pumpkin spice latte and it will blow your mind! My pumpkin cupcake is so tasty already it just tastes like fall and grandmas house full of baked goods all rolled into one. We are going to tweak it a bit and add a new twist to a favorite. It’s fun to create the new flavors that our customers love. Look for them this fall! It might be hot and humid outside right now but in just a couple of months you will be craving our fall flavors! I hope you will stop by and sample some homemade goodness no matter what season it is.
